Anything you marked Not a receipt. Mail matching one of these never reaches your To file list — the match is the sender plus the subject with the numbers taken out, so next month's copy of the same notice is caught too.

Vendor rules
What the app does with each vendor — the legal name it files to, the VAT rate, the account, the line description. Editing writes to your vendor sheet, which overrules the built-in rules field by field. Anything already waiting in To file is read again straight away.

Rule
One line each: what it was for | VAT | account | amount. Everything after the description is optional. Leave one amount blank and it takes whatever is left over; leave them all blank and you fill the figures in each time. Clear the box to forget the split.
